This picture was taken at one of my favorite holidays - Erste August. For the last few years, Pops has visited Christoph and I in Minnesota and we have hosted a grill plausch and celebrated with our closest friends.
Over the years I have been fortunate enough to have many fun and memorable times with Pops, most involving good food, wine and lots of laughs. I will always remember relaxing by the pool at the Wyckoff, NJ house, surrounded by roses and bougainvillea with the scent of fresh mint wafting through the air.
